Due to our explosive growth in the Northeast Wisconsin technology training environment, we are currently seeking multiple System Integrators / Systems Analysts to join our top performing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with a variety of businesses to maintain and support IT networks based on Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server 2003, and .NET technology. Work closely with client's IT staff or provide full-service IT outsourcing. Key areas of expertise include Exchange-based email, Active Directory, security, server monitoring, and network infrastructure.

Design and plan information technology architectures and security strategies that align with client's business goals.

Support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2003-based IT networks. Work on-site and remotely to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems related to availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall functionality.

Plan and implement migrations to Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server 2003.

Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configuration, efficient network architecture, and proactive server monitoring.

Create on-going documentation of the environment as it evolves.

Candidate must be able to:

  • Work effectively with individuals from all departments as a Team Player and be committed to the overall success of the Company
  • Offer exceptional customer service to internal/external customers by being highly communicative and responsive
  • Keep current regarding changes in technology
  • Install software, configure systems, upgrade or troubleshoot equipment, and system setup as required
  •  Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with scheduling changes and new client situations

Binary Visions provides a well-rounded set of product offerings to position our team for optimal success. Technology categories include but are not limited to:

  • Application development using a variety of languages/environments (Visual Basic,    C#, .NET, C++, Java, PHP, etc
  • Infrastructure design and deployment (Windows, Novell, Linux)
  • Customer Relationship Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The following certification MCSE 2000 or 2003
  • Minimum five years of experience in network services
  • Solid Routing / Switching experience
  • Solid firewall experience
  • Proficiency in enterprise data back-up and storage systems
  •  Formal Project Management experience and methodologies
  • High levels of interpersonal communications and organization skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments
  • Desire to grow both personally and professionally
  • Must be willing to travel

CONSIDERED A PLUS:

  • SAN and/or NAS experience
  • OpenView, Tivoli, or UniCenter experience
  • Citrix experience
  • Wireless Broadband LAN/ WAN experience
  • Server 2003 MCSE with Security or with Messaging certification
  • Novell CNE Certification
  • Cisco Certification
  • Linux Experience
  • Experience as a trainer
  • Ten years field experience
  • Bachelors Degree or higher

The person in this role will be primarily responsible for application development and application integration for our clients and our internal applications.  Top candidates will also have a thorough working knowledge of networking and networking infrastructure.

Candidate must be able to:

  • Work effectively with individuals from all departments as a Team Player and be committed to the overall success of the Company

  • Offer exceptional customer service to internal/external customers by being highly communicative and responsive.

  • Keep current regarding changes in technology

  • Design, develop and Install software, configure systems, upgrade or troubleshoot equipment, and system setup as required

  • Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with scheduling changes and new client situations

Binary Visions provides a well-rounded set of product offerings to position our team for optimal success. Technology categories include but are not limited to:

  • One of the following industry premier certifications: MCSD, MCDBA, MCSE, CNE, MCNE, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE, CLP

  • Five years field experience utilizing at least one of the listed application development languages

  • Experience running formal testing procedures (unit, system, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal communications and organization skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environment

  • Desire to grow both personally and professionally

  • Must be willing to travel

CONSIDERED A PLUS

  • One or more of the following vendor training certifications: MCT, CLI, CNI, Cisco Certified Instructor

  • Two or more of the following industry premier certifications: MCSD, MCDBA, MCSE, CCNP, CCDP, CNE, MCNE, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, CLP

  • Formal Project Management experience and methodologies

  • Two year’s classroom teaching experience

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • Ten years field experience
