Binary Training, Inc. Acquires Assets of Productivity Point Wisconsin

Binary Training, Inc. of De Pere, Wisconsin announces the acquisition of the Productivity Point Wisconsin training company. Binary Training purchased all major assets, retained all employees, and took over all customer training contracts effective June 27, 2003. This move positions Binary Training to increase training services in the Green Bay area, and adds service capabilities in the Wisconsin Rapids/Wausau and Neenah/Fox Valley areas.

"Productivity Point Wisconsin has been a leader in the Wisconsin training Marketplace since its inception in 1995," according to Julie Kellogg, Productivity Point Wisconsin General Manager. "A good number of large customers have come to depend on PPI Wisconsin for their training needs, such as AMS, StoraEnso, Schneider National, and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation," says Kellogg.

"This is a good move for Binary Training and for all of the Binary Companies, as we continue to expand our depth and breadth of services" says Dave Anderson, President of Binary Training. Anderson adds that "Binary Training has a strong leadership team that will work with a solid base of former PPI employees and customers to create a new dimension in training. The training market in Wisconsin needs a shot in the arm. It has been very much a commoditized market, caused by price wars on the low end and an overall 'me-too' approach on the high end. We anticipate great excitement from our customers as we add immediate value to them through on-line purchasing, customized staff assessments, and accelerated training."

Binary Training, Inc. is a fully-owned subsidiary of The Binary Companies, based in De Pere, Wisconsin. Joining sister divisions Binary Visions and Binary Software, Binary Training rounds out a group of technology professional service firms. Binary Visions provides business systems integration and application development. Binary Software provides packaged software in the operating systems utility marketplace. And Binary Training provides computer training and organizational development.
