PRE-PURCHASE AUDIT POLICY
Binary Training is very proud of our quality learning offerings. We work very hard to provide our customers with the
best possible learning experience. We also understand that every training center makes similar claims.
In order to prove ourselves to our potential customers, we offer a pre-purchase audit for any public class. Any potential
customer is welcome to audit a portion of class:
- For events one day or less in duration: Audits typically are one to two hours in duration.
- For events greater than one day in duration: Audits can be up to one full day in duration.

CERTIFICATION GUARANTEE POLICY
Binary Training is serious about our learners achieving their certification goals and we are willing to go the extra
mile to guarantee it! When a learner invests in a Binary Training Certification Package, we will make every
reasonable effort to ensure that they pass all exams required for certification. In the event the learner is unable
to pass an exam after sitting the Instructor-led class and effectively utilizing the applicable test simulator, Binary
Training will invite the learner to re-sit the same class and work one-on-one with the instructor before/after class.
Once this process has been followed, learner may retake remaining exam(s) at no cost for up to 12 months
following the date they sat the original class. Class re-sit is allowed based on the provisions stated in Re-sit Policy.
One no cost exam retake per test number.
CLASS RE-SIT POLICY
Binary Training offers a variety of learning events. A good number of these events are extremely technical. As such,
learners may struggle with concepts.
Our Re-Sit Policy has been designed to support learners who:
- Have interest in reviewing course material again for further comprehension.
- Were unexpectedly absent from a class they had enrolled into.
- Forfeited their class tuition because they were unable to give the required 15 business day reschedule notice.
Binary Training allows learners to re-sit learning event at no cost. The Re-Sit policy is good for all learning events on
our public schedule and assumes learner will bring their course materials back to class with them if it was released
previously. Private or customized events are not included. The re-sit is allowed based on Binary Training's regular
schedule only and on a space-available basis. If you are interested in a class re-sit, please submit your request
through our Class Re-sit Form or contact us if you have any questions.
POST CLASS SUPPORT POLICY
To ensure that the Binary Training learners have every opportunity to understand and apply the materials presented
in our learning events, we offer post-class help desk support. So, there is no need to feel abandoned back on the job.
We are only an email away. All support inquiries must be submitted through our Post Class Support Form.
Our instructors and facilitators will reply to inquiries within 1 business day to answer specific questions on topics
covered in a prior class. Questions supported are only those that are used to clarify material covered in the class. This
support does not include operational support. Our instructors and facilitators are available at an additional charge for
operational support. Contact us if you'd like to learn more about our operational support services.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY
Binary Training makes every possible effort to ensure that a learner is equipped with prerequisite knowledge prior to
class enrollment. Our goal is to provide learners with the highest quality learning event possible. In the event you
determine that you are not satisfied with a learning event, please follow the following notification process to request
a refund.
- For events one day or less in duration: Notify a Training Coordinator during the first break or lab.
- For events greater than one day in duration: Notify a Training Coordinator prior to the end of the first day.
At the time of notification, return all course materials to the Training Coordinator. Providing all materials have been
returned and notification process as stated above has been followed, you will receive a 100% refund, less any
applicable fees.
LEARNER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
A named learner substitution may occur without penalty at any time before the start time on the first day of class. Please submit your request through our Learner Substitution Form or contact us if you have questions
LEARNER RESCHEDULE POLICY
A reschedule without penalty may occur providing the learner provides a 15 business day notice (or more) prior to
the first day of class. Please submit your reschedule request through our Class Reschedule Form or contact us if you
have any questions.
If the reschedule request is not received according to the procedures above, the tuition will be forfeited. In this
situation, the learner is welcome to attend the same learning event in the future by leveraging our Class Re-Sit Policy.
BINARY TRAINING CLASS RESCHEDULE POLICY
Binary Training makes its best effort to run every class that is placed on our calendar. However, client demand drives
actual fill rates. If a class does not meet a minimum fill rate (financial break-even), Binary Training will determine at
its sole discretion whether to run the learning event at a financial loss or to reschedule. Binary Training will make its
best effort to notify all learners within 10 days (at a minimum) prior to the start date of the learning event if there is a
need to reschedule.
Binary Training has an internal business goal that it will not reschedule a class more than once. This is a business
target and not a guarantee. We value all of our clients and will make every effort to meet our client's expectations.
However, long-term profit is required for Binary Training to continue to provide the high quality learning events that
our clients have come to expect. If we would continuously run learning events at a loss, Binary Training and its valued
clients would both lose. If Binary Training is forced to reschedule or cancel a learning event, Binary Training's liability
is limited to the price paid to Binary Training by the client to attend the rescheduled or canceled class.
LEARNER CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation without penalty may occur providing the learner gives a 15 business day notice (or more) prior to
the first day of class. All cancellations must be done through our Class Cancellation Form.
If the cancellation is received according to the procedures above, the tuition can be credited against another learning
event or refunded. If the cancellation is not received according to the procedures above, or the learner is absent from
the learner event, the tuition will be forfeited. In this situation, the learner is welcome to attend the same learning
event in the future by leveraging our Class Re-Sit Policy.
PAYMENT POLICY
Complete payment or approved purchase order is required prior to the first day of class. To make this easy for our
customers, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You can pay with a credit card
on-line, over the phone, or in person. Binary Training reserves the right to stop accepting purchase orders based on
